Students Who R*Pe A Female Colleague Appear In Court

3 randy Nigerian students are in serious trouble after they allegedly took turns to gang r*pe a female student. The 3 students appear in court.

An Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 29, granted 3 accused N500, 000 bails each over alleged gang raping a female colleague.


The accused, Olabanjo Balogun, 21, Divine Francis, 20, and  Samuel Omodele 21, all students of Nigeria Institute of Oceanography and Marine Research, Ajah, Lagos, are facing charges of conspiracy and rape.

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs. B. O. Osunsanmi, ordered the accused to also produce 2 sureties each in the like sum.

Mrs. Osunsanmi adjourned the case to January 17 for a mention.

Earlier, the prosecutor, Inspector Simeon Inuoha, told the court that the students committed the offences on November 3 at the school premises.

Inspector Inuoha said that the accused gang raped one of their colleagues aged 20.

“They also forced her to suck their manhood,’’ he added.

The prosecutor said that the offences contravened Sections 259, 260, 261 and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
